2 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To create an account on nagt88, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on nagt88 can receive up to a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until you have placed bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • nagt88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Each bonus has a specified validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
  • Separate terms and conditions may apply to promotional bonuses.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed on nagt88, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant match or event.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket matches. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be settled according to specific rules.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical system error, nagt88 reserves the right to apply the correct result. In such cases, the affected bet will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nagt88 platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
  • Fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial transactions.
  • Any activity related to match fixing or result manipulation.
  • Operating an account using bots or automated software.
  • Stealing personal information or using fake identity documents.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform for gain.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users or staff.
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds using third-party payment accounts.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

  • When a security breach is suspected.

8.2 Permanent Termination

Accounts will be permanently terminated in cases of serious breaches of these terms, proven fraud, or the identification of an underage user. In such cases, bonus balances and funds obtained from suspicious transactions may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
